All Recreational Coaches are volunteers and as such may not charge for either coaching or training services. Players in this division only pay one fee per season to play.

A cheatsheet for U5/U6 rules  is available. If you have a question which is not answer there, please ask and we will add it and the answer as needed.

Anyone interested in being a coach or assistant coach for the Fall 2006 season should email the club office with their intention and the names and birth date of their children. Note that we do not require a coach to have a child in the program - as per above, we accept volunteers and do not allow charging of fees.

Complete the Coach Agreement and Volunteer Disclosure Form  and returned the form to the office by the Registration deadline of July 16th to be considered for a coaching position. This form must be completed even if you coached in the Spring season or in previous seasons.

All coaches and assistant coaches are encouraged to have completed or plan to complete an OSA Coaching course appropriate to the age groups they will be coaching. Preference is given to coaches who have completed these courses.

Anyone who has completed the F Certificate should consider taking the Youth Module I and II course as the material has changed significantly to address small-sided soccer.

The club will offer the Youth Module I and II courses in August provided there are sufficient numbers, usually at least ten participants for each course.
